The-Diet Weigh in Week 13

Quick update…. Saw my dietician today and she was pleased with my progress. I felt pretty good considering I’d gone there in a pair of jeans that spent the last 2 years in the closet.

I commented about how slow I was losing but she said not to sweat it, that you lose inches quicker than kilos (or lbs) so as long as I’m noticing changes and my weight is going down, it’s cool!

Not been biking as much as I should be, have to change that this week. I know I said that last week but bleh… I really need to get a gym membership so I can get a bit of variety. The bike gets a bit boring after a while.

Week 1: 0 lbs lost
Week 2: 2 lbs lost
Week 3: 2 lbs lost
Week 4: 2 lbs GAINED
Week 5: 7 lbs lost
Week 6: 0 lbs lost
Week 7: 2 lbs lost
Week 8: 3 lbs lost
Week 9: 1 lb lost
Week 10: 2 lbs lost
Week 11: 0 lbs lost
Week 12: 2 lbs lost
Week 13: 1 lb lost

Total lost: 20 LBS!!!!

Finally I’m tipping over the 20 lb mark!! Now for the push on to 25 :)
