This is Turk Turkleton. I take him to bed with me every night.
Yes, I’m five.
I’ve always had to have something to hug in bed and throughout the years I’ve gone through different pillows and stuffed animals.
For the past 7 years, Turk Turkleton has been the one.
He was originally given to my husband by a friend years ago and he sat on a shelf unused. One night I couldn’t find my sleepy pillow so I grabbed him off the shelf, gave him a shake to get the dust off (yeah… so I’m a crappy housekeeper too) and took him to bed with me. The rest was history..
He didn’t always have a name, before a few months ago he was just ‘Teddy’. When I discovered Scrubs he was named Turk Turkleton after one of the characters. I shouldn’t have to explain it though, everyone should be watching scrubs and just get it.
Here, watch a video of Turkleton getting his dance on…
I dont think I own anything that I would call “plush” but I will look around and see.
The white holding the boob box had the funniest look on his face.
Yeah, well… it’s a very public secret that I sleep with Eeyore :D
Cute! You look like you’re ready to go to bed in that picture…sleeepy….sleeeeepy!
I’m liking this Photo Hunt Thingy!
I have Arlie. I have had him since I was a kid. I have had him since my 1st birthday.
I have had Arlie for 32 years. I think Turk is cute.
And I have only seen Scrubs a few times. I am not addicted to it, but it is a good show.
Love it!! And such a wonderfully, adorable name chosen!!!
Happy Saturday.
Mine’s posted. Hope you have time soon to drop by for a visit.
How cute!
Scrubs is an awesome show.
