Ok or originally this said “Write a letter”, I can’t be arsed to do that. If I write about some famous artist here, they will never read it, and if they did I’d probably drop dead and you’d never hear from me again. So I’m just going to answer the question.
The artist who has gotten me through some tough ass days is P!NK, of course! It’s no secret that I’m a huge fan of hers, and she is great when you need some “FUCK YOU!” music.
When I was blue, hating people, feeling alone and like I couldn’t cope, I used to croon along with this song (sounding fabulous too, I might add!).
This is a song I still love singing to if I’m bopping around the living room doing housework or just in the mood to let out a little energy.
I belt this one out when I feel like rocking out a bit. Yes, this is rocking out for me. There will be no headbanging here, sorry.

I may or may not skip around my house to this song, like she does in the video. It’s also possible I do a little bootie shake, but that’s between me and my window cleaner.
On the days when I just want to be reminded of the beauty in the world? *Sigh* This is the one… I know I’ve already shared it a few times on here, but can there ever be too much? This is the most beautiful performance I’ve ever seen and it’s 1000x better live.
So yeah, I love P!NK because she’s badass, she doesn’t apologize to anyone for who she is and she has a lot of songs I can really relate to. A lot of women do, I think. Sometimes when I’m having a rough day just having a good scream along with one of her songs really does make me feel better.
Oh what the hell, I’ll write her a little letter just in case she ever does visit…

I love you. I am jealous that even pregnant you still have a way more rockin’ bod than I probably ever will. Your music makes me happy, never happier than when I saw you live in Rotterdam last December. That was amzing.

You have no idea. I was so happy last month when I saw he got a new thing to clean the window that he can use from on the ground. No more coming up with a ladder to my windows!
