Well I’m back in Holland.. have been jetlagged as hell and woke up this morning to about 5 blobs of cat puke around the house. LOVELY!! After being at my parent’s house where everything is soooo clean and sooo nice, I’m fucking disgusted coming back to this house. No matter what I do, there is cat hair everywhere.. no matter what I do, I keep waking up to cat puke in the mornings. The vet says they aren’t sick, that it’s normal. I’m sick of the litter, I’m sick of the hair and I’m sick of the puke!! I love my cats though, which is why I’ll just suffer with this until they are dead. *Sighs* I actually wish I was one of those people who didn’t care and could just find them a new home and be done with it.. but then one purr, one cuddle.. and I’m hooked again.Not to mention, here we are in this apartment.. it’s like 20+ degrees outside and we have the goddamn windows SHUT because we have no screens in the windows! What the hell is it with this country?!! Do they fucking ENJOY the bugs in their house or something? Do they get a kick out of their pets falling out of windows?! So we have to go buy screen material today to TACK in the windows .. wow, you can imagine how THAT is for the decor!
I’m looking forward to Xander going back to work. Not that I don’t love the shit out of him, just.. we’ve been together 24/7 for the past three weeks, not to mention the gruelling 28 hours on Wed/Thurs we spent stuck to each other’s side on the planes. I need some meeeeeeeeeeee time!!!!! ARGH!
All I know is that this year better go by FAST! I miss home already and I think I’ll go truly insane if THESE plans fall apart as well.
