Something I’ve always wanted to try was painting with light. Basically you go in a dark room with a flashlight, candle or any other source of light, set your camera to a low ISO and a long shutter speed and move the light around to make the design you want.
This morning I got up and tried it while it was still dark, using the Color Flashlight Android application on my mobile.
Two days down, 363 to go! Maybe I’ll do 365 days of painting with light. I really dig this stuff!

Looks great. We tried the same with sparklers and then when they ran out we tried with a candle. That turned out to not be such a good idea and we ended up covering the floor of my parents-in-law kitchen in wax.
We can have a go at it on Sunday if you want :)
