Wahoo! I’m so happy! Today is a great weight loss day for me! Getting below 100 kilos was one of my first goals after my surgery, and I’m finally there. As usual when you have a specific goal in mind, that last kilo hung on for dear life. I felt like I spent a week hovering at 100.1 – 100.3 kilos and it drove me up the wall. I was so excited when I got on the scale and finally saw double digits!
This means that I am down exactly 40 kilos (88.2 lbs) since the start and 19.3 kilos (42.5 lbs) since my surgery almost three months ago. It also takes me out of the 220’s range in pounds, I’m now at 219.9 lbs. This is a weight I haven’t seen in a very very very long time.
It will be three months tomorrow since the day of my surgery and sometime in the next few days I will update my photos but the data will still be roughly the same, of course. I just couldn’t wait to share!
My next goal? Get to 208 lbs and be able to say I have lost 100 lbs! That’s the great part of living between two cultures with different measuring systems, doing everything in pounds and kilos gives me even more short term goals to work towards!
That is wonderful! Keep up the good work!
Thanks Darlene! :)
