… want to go wee wee wee wee alllll the way back to the south of France!
I don’t know what it’s like where all of you are at the moment, but here in the Netherlands the weather has been totally dreary all summer long. If it weren’t for our holiday in the south of France in early July, my husband and I wouldn’t have had a summer at all! It’s sad really…
I have been a little late with editing my photos from the holiday, but when I came across this photo I almost wept. I was sitting on the edge of my in-laws pool, in the blazing sun and I couldn’t have been happier. I was soaking in the blessed vitamin-D, cooling off with my feet in the water and thinking about how much I loved the color on my toes.
It was Milani Blue Flash, by the way…
I’ve tried clicking my heels, but apparently it doesn’t work, no matter how many times you say “There’s no place like the South of France in the summer please take me back in time!”
Oh well.
Such a great photo to represent summer! I can almost feel the sun and water from here. :)
